COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed challenging the order dated 01.03.2004, passed by the first respondent in Gratuity Application No.48/532 of 2003, thereby directed the petitioner corporation to pay gratuity amount to the workmen.

Today when the petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in all the writ petitions submitted that the issue raised in these writ petitions has been settled before the Lok Adalath, during 2004 to 2005 itself. He also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect. 3.

Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, all the Writ Petitions are closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. There shall be no order as to cost.
