The charge memo issued to the writ petitioner dated 23.09.2013 is under challenge in this writ petition. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents made a submission that the enquiry proceedings were conducted and a final order in the disciplinary proceedings was passed by the competent authority on 16th February 2017 itself.

3. Thus, no further adjudication is required on the grounds raised in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
