Therefore, he submits that the present Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

07.02.2019, this Civil Revision Petition, preferred against the order passed in I.A.No.99 of 2018 in A.S.No. 95 of 2014 becomes infructous. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is Dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No.2150 of 2019 is closed.
