Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the order passed by the first respondent issued in Letter No.1684/H/2003-11 dated 13.09.2005 and quash the same and for further direction directing the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the appropriate place in the panel for the year 1992-93 for the post of Assistant and consequently promote the petitioner to the post of Assistant and next level promotion with all consequential benefits.
