Mr.P.K.Shivakumar, the learned counsel representing Mr.R.Ashraf Khan, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submitted that as per the interim order of this Court dated 28.06.2004 made in W.P.M.P.No.47001 of 2003 in W.P.No.38788 of 2003, entire gratuity amount ordered by the Appellate Authority has been deposited and the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
