PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to transfer the petitioner to the post of Graduate Teacher [Mathematics] in Government High School, Anaikkarai Kottalam, Kallakurichi Taluk, Villupuram District and issuing fresh allotment order before allotting posting orders to the Teachers participated in the TET on 17.08.2013 and 18.08.2013.
