The husband and wife are before this Court. The wife filed H.M.O.P.No.5067 of 2019 for divorce and the husband filed H.M.O.P.No.479 of 2020 for restitution of conjugal rights. 1/4

2. Both proceedings are pending before learned V Additional Family Court, Chennai. In the meantime, the husband has moved an application in G.W.O.P.No.178 of 2023 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Tiruvallur.

3. As the parties are already before the Court and since the husband has no objection for transfer, this Tr.C.M.P stands allowed and G.W.O.P.No.178 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of Principal District and Sessions Court, Tiruvallur and transferred to the file of V Additional Family Court, Chennai to be heard and disposed of along with H.M.O.P.No.5067 of 2019 and H.M.O.P.No.479 of 2020.
