Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Declaration, declaring that the provisional select list published by the second respondent on 17.07.2007 for recruitment of Sub Inspector of Police (Men20% departmental Quota) 2006 is null and void and further direct the respondents to select and appoint the petitioner as Sub Inspector of Police under 20% departmental quota and grant all consequential benefits.
