This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records from the respondents, quash the order of the 3rd Respondent dated 12.07.2007 bearing proceedings No.Per/CS/040095/2005 and the order of the 2nd Respondent bearing Memo No.TNPCB/Per/CS/026085/2007 dated 01.11.2007 communicating the decision of the 1st Respondent as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law.

2.Learned counsel for the Petitioner stated that as the Petitioner died, notice was sent to the legalheirs of the Petitioner and the same was returned. 3.A perusal of the impugned order reveals that the authorities have 2/4

passed an order of stoppage of increment with cumulative effect for five years, the Appeal and Revision filed against the said order also dismissed. Hence, nothing survives in this Petition.
