PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the 1st respondent passed in Na.Ka.No.8765/06/A3, dated 31.12.2010 and quash the same and consequently, directing the 1st respondent to consider the case of the petitioner to the post of Village Assistant.

ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed for quashing the impugned order of the 1st respondent passed in Na.Ka.No.8765/06/A3, dated 31.12.2010 and consequently, directing the 1st respondent to consider the case of the petitioner to the post of Village Assistant.
