The impugned order was issued in respect of increase in intake of students in the B.Architecture programme from the academic year 2004-05 onwards.

2. On account of the efflux of time, the cause that arose for the purpose of filing of the present writ petition has vanished. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. Hence this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, W.P.M.P.No.47164 of 2003 is also closed.

3. However, if the grievances of the writ petitioner exists even as of now, it is left open to them to adjudicate the matter in the manner known to law.
