Pursuant to the earlier orders dated 14.03.2019, and in continuation of the order dated 04.04.2019, today when the case is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that P.W.1, in fact had been to Chennai on 27.03.2019, but since the case was not listed before the Master, he had to suddenly return back to Secunderabad, he left and therefore, he was not able to present on 28.03.2019, when the case was listed before the Master. He would further submit that P.W.1 is ready and willing to come before the Master on any date, to be indicated by this Court.

2. Considering the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is hereby directed that P.W.1 shall come to Chennai on 08.04.2019, since he is out of station and shall be present before the learned Master on 09.04.2019, on the date the matter will be listed before the Master and submit himself for examination. http://www.judis.nic.in

It is made clear that in spite of this order and the very last opportunity given by this Court for P.W.1 to appear before the Court, if he does not appear as directed above, list the matter before this Court on 11.04.2019, and on that date, this Court will consider issuance of Non Bailable Warrant against P.W.1, to ensure his presence. Registry is directed to post the matter before the concerned Master on 09.04.2019 without fail.
