ORDER

M.S.RAMESH.J., jbm 2.This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for violating the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.28376 of 2017 dated 19.12.2017. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the order of this Court dated 19.12.2017 has been complied with and accordingly, the petitioner's complaint has been enquired into and the same came to be closed on 15.03.2018. An affidavit has been filed by the first respondent before this Court to that effect.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the contempt petition stands closed.
