Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.38397/2007/0o 2 dated 08.08.2007 on the file of the 1st respondent herein and the consequent reminder Notice in Na.Ka.No.38397/2007/0o 2 dated 27.10.2007 and quash the same and consequently forbearing the 1st respondent from taking any action for suspending or rejecting the 'C' form license.
