Crl.M.P.No.2902 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.23384 of 2021 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN. J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.23384 of 2021 by an order dated 22.12.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect reporting twice in a month instead of every Tuesday and Saturday.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer is modified to the effect that he should report before the Investigating Officer on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m.

till filing of the final report.
