This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 11.01.2025, seeking bail in Crime No.13 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 274, 275, 112(2), 123 BNS Act read with Section 24(1) of COTPA Act 2003.
