ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to survey and restore the joint patta dated 09.01.2021 with correct entries in revenue records of the petitioner's land in S.No.569/1 situated at Mallikundam Village, Mettur Taluk, Salem District, based on the petitioner's application dated 27.09.2021.

2. Heard, Mr.M.R.Jothimanian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.09.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent, by giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
