2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned.

4. It is made clear that petitioner/claimant is not entitled to claim interest for the delay period of 519 days on the enhanced award amount in the event of their success in the appeal.

5. Registry is directed to print the name of M/s.R.Sree Vidhya, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent at the time of admission.
