The learned counsel who represented the petitioner earlier would submit that they have given change of vakalat long back and hence, they are no longer appearing for the petitioner. It appears that, since then, the petitioner has not appeared in person or engaged any other counsel to contest the case on their behalf. Hence, both the Writ Petitions are dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
