ORDER

This writ petition was filed in the year 2012 seeking for issuance of a mandamus to the respondent to release the sale deed pending No.20/2011 on the file of the respondent to the petitioner.

2. When the matter was taken up on 30.09.2019, none appeared for the petitioner. Therefore, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, when the matter was called, there is no representation for the petitioner, except the learned Government Advocate for the respondent. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
