Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Declaration, declaring the entire Acquisition proceedings initiated by the respondents commencing from the Notification issued under Section 4 (1) of the Land Acquisition Act in G.O.Ms. No. 217 dated 28.2.1994 (Housing and Urban Development Department) and the declaration made under Section 6 of the Land Acquisition Act in G.O.Ms. No. 515 dt 22.5.1995 (Housing and Urban Development Department) as lapsed in view of Section 11-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 in respect of Survey Number 416 particularly in respect of buildings and lands belonging to the petitioner herein situated at Kalapatti village, Coimbatore North Taluk, Coimbatore District.

ORDER

On earlier occassions, i.e., on 13.09.2022 and 15.09.2022, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, today, this case was listed under the caption, for dismissal.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
