Respondents --- PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the impugned order with Kaan:VuMiPo/EPaRa/Koodu (Kizha)/ KhoThani/A.No.115/2013 dated 07.11.2013 on the file of the respondent, quash the said impugned order and consequently direct the respondent herein to immediately provide electricity service connection to the petitioner at Plot No.11, Ganapathi Nagar Extension-II, Nandivaram Village, Chengalpattu Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

(Made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The petitioner Company which has installed the tower has filed the present petition seeking connection of electricity service.

2. This petition appears to be counter to the petition filed against installation of the tower. A batch of petitions dealing with the issue of installation of towers has been disposed of by us today. There is, thus, no impediment, on account of pendency of any petition, for the grant of electricity service connection, if all parameters are fulfilled.
