] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1137 days in filing the appeal against the judgment passed by the learned Sessions Judge No.II, Kanchipuram in S.C.No.69 of 2015, dated 24.10.2018.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
