Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.12.2022 expeditiously and forthwith cancel both, the conditional sale deed dated 23.06.2017 bearing Doc.No.1196 of 2017 executed by the petitioner in favour of the respondents 3 & 4 and further cancel the subsequent illegal sale deed 5555 of 2022 dated 28.12.2022 executed by the respondents 3 & 4 in favour of the fifth respondent, all registered before the office of the second respondent.

ORDER
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition and has made an endorsement to that effect.
