This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.1083 of 2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, J-4, Kotturpuram Police Station, Kotturpuram, Chennai the first respondent herein and quash the same.

2.The learned Government Advocate on instructions would submit that the investigation was completed and final report was filed which was taken on file in PRC No.99 of 2019 before the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet. 3.In view of the above development, nothing survives in this petition. This Criminal original petition is disposed of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with a direction to the IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet to immediately commit the case to the concerned Sessions Court, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Trial Court shall complete the proceedings, within a period of three months thereafter. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
