C.M.P.No.3316 of 2021 in C.M.A. SR.66136 of 2019 V.M.VELUMANI, J.

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 70 days in filing the above appeal.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondents 2 and 3 remained exparte before the Tribunal and notice to them may be dispensed with.

3.Mr.R.Nalliyappan, learned counsel takes notice for the 1st respondent and submitted that the 1st respondent has no objection in ordering this petition.

4.Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, the delay of 70 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.

25.02.2021 gsa Note: Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order and print the name of Mr.R.Nalliyappan as counsel for the 1st respondent in the cause list at the time of admission.
