PRAYER : Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records relating to the notification No. 24/(RE2003) 2002-07 dated 25.11.2003 and other connected records of the first respondent and quash the same and consequently for bearing the respondents from prohibiting the petitioner from importing SKO(white kerosene) through IEC code No.3201010677 issue on 31.12.2001 issued by the first respondent till 31.03.2007 as well as under the Central Order 1993 viz., Kerosene (Restriction on use and Fixation of ceiling price) order 1993.
