Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the connected records leading to the issue of the impugned seniority list dated 20.12.2007 of Assistant Manager (P&A) as on 1.12.2007 and quash the same as illegal and void and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 to re-fix the seniority of the petitioner on the basis of the marks obtained by him in the written examination as well as in the interview in the ratio of 80:20, in the cadre of Junior Executive Trainee (Pers) with all attendant benefits like promotion, fixation of pay and allowances, etc.
