The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 not to cause any harassment to the petitioner pending disposal of the matrimonial proceedings.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. In my considered opinion, no blanket direction as prayed for by the petitioner could be given. If the petitioner is wanted either for enquiry or for interrogation, he can very well be summoned by the first respondent police and while doing so, the petitioner shall not be harassed. should submit himself to the first respondent for interrogation and enquiry, if he receives any summons.

With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
