This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 16.12.2019 in Crl.O.P.No.33659 of 2019 to execute the conditions.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition: "The petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) to the credit of the concerned District/Taluk Legal Services Authority and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner 2/4

to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court" from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
