ORDER

Though the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking withdrawal of HMOP. No.967 of 2024 from the file of the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore to be transferred to the file Principal Family Court, Thanjavur, having heard Mr.G.Murali, learned counsel for 1/4

the petitioner/wife and Mr.A.P.Venkatesh Prasad, learned counsel for the respondent/husband, I am of the view that HMOP. No.967 of 2024 can be tried by the Sub Court at Tiruchirapalli, taking into account the inconvenience that would be caused to both the parties, in the event of either retaining the HMOP on the file of the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore or transferring to the Principal Family Court at Thanjavur.

2. In light of the above, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and consequently, HMOP No.967 of 2024 is withdrawn from the file of Principal Family Judge, Coimbatore and transferred to the Sub Court, Tiruchirapalli, making it clear that the parties are at liberty to engage a Counsel to represent them before the Sub Court, Tiruchirapalli and also duly authorized power agents to follow up the regular hearings. It further clear that the parties shall appear in person only when their presence is absolutely necessary for trial. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
