ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the Tahsildar, Aravakurichi Taluk, the second respondent herein refusing the request of the petitioner, citing a reason that the petitioner's request to issue patta in respect of a pathway is situated on the road side poramboke.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents also stated that when the road side poramboke has already been encroached by ten other persons, out of ten, the request of five persons has been acceded to for issuance of patta. However, with regard to the remaining five, in view of the dearth of land, their request was refused. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. This Court also, agreeing with the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, finds no merit in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
