Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records relating to the order of refusal of grant of recognition by the 1st respondent in F.SRO/NCTE/B.Ed/2007-2008/ 6199 dated 22.10.2008 and the order of dismissal of appeal passed by the 2nd respondent in F.No.8921/2009 Appeal/95239 dated 21.05.2009 and quashing the same and directing the respondents to grant recognition to the petitioner institution viz. Venkadasamy Naidu College of Education Sangamala Nachiyappuram Thiruthangal, Sivakasi, Virudhunagar District.
