The Writ Petition has been filed directing the second respondent to issue patta to the petitioner for the property situated at Plot No.50, measuring an extent of 161.50 sq.mt., (1737 sq.ft.) CMDA in the approved layout vide No.P.P.D/L.O.No.26/2010, and annexed hereto comprised, as per patta no.3311, in survey nos.155/2B1 & 156A, situated at No.118, Padianallur Village, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mrs.N.Senthilselvi, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents. 3.

Considering the limited prayer, without going to the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
