O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner representations dated 11.12.2017 and to dispose of the same within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent submits that the Respondent has already disposed the representation of the Petitioner dated 11.12.2017 by proceedings dated 28.12.2017 itself and he has also produced a copy of the online status of the representation to that effect. Learned counsel for the Petitioner also received the said copy from the learned Government Advocate.

In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition and the same is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
