ORDER

This Petition has been filed seeking to direct the the second respondent herein to issue patta to the petitioners for the property situated plot No. 269, measuring an extent of 187.50 sq.mt., (2018 Sq. ft.,) CDMA in the approved layout vide No. P.P.D/L.O.No.26/2010 and annexed hereto comprised in Old Survey No.8/2 in New Survey No.155/2 Part and Old Survey No. 9 in New Survey No. 156 Part per Patta No.3311, in New Survey Nos.155/2B1, 156/2A, situated at No.118, Padianallur Village, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner purchased the subject property from one Mr.Pandi for a sale consideration under Doc.No.12992 of 2022 in the office of the SRO, Redhills. Further, he made necessary application for change of patta by filing an online application on 25.11.2022. Despite the same, the application has not been considered till date. Hence, this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate fairly submitted that the representation/online application of the petitioner will be considered within 2/4

the time stipulated by this Court.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation/online application of the petitioner dated 25.11.2022 and pass appropriate order(s) on merits within a period of two month from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
