Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent herein to award Special Grade to the petitioner in the post of Secondary Grade Teacher w.e.f. 07.09.2019 i.e., on completion of 20 years of service and grant all monetary benefits by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.06.2023 in accordance with law within the stipulated time framed by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to award Special Grade to the petitioner in the post of Secondary Grade Teacher with effect from 07.09.2019, i.e., on completion of 20 years of service and grant all monetary benefits by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 08.06.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.06.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
