By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent Nos.1 to 5 to inspect, measure and survey the entire lands totally measuring 40 cents (Northern 20 cents and Southern 20 cents) comprised in Survey No.10/19, situated at Veeraraghavapuram Village, Poonamallee Taluk, Thiruvallur District, demarcate the boundaries and correct the wrong entries in Revenue records on the basis of petitioner's various representations including the final representation dated 09.07.2018 in accordance with law.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted a representation claiming the same relief as prayed in this writ petition, but, the said representation is yet to be disposed of by the respondent Nos.1 to 5. However, the learned counsel submitted that it would suffice, if the representation dated 09.07.2018 made by the petitioner is directed to be considered by the respondent Nos.1 to 5, on merits.

4. Mr.J.Ramesh, learned Additional Government Pleader taking notice for respondent Nos.1 to 5, submitted that the respondents be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.07.2018 and pass orders in accordance with law.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, this Court directs the respondent Nos.1 to 5 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
