ORDER
Challenging the orders passed by the Assessing Authority as well as the Appellate Authority, the petitioner has come up with the present writ petition.

2.However, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to efflux of time, the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach the Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal against the orders passed by the respondents, for which, the learned Government Advocate (Taxes) appearing for the respondents has no serious objection.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition stands disposed of, by directing the petitioner to file an appeal before the Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. On such filing, the same shall be entertained by the Tribunal, without raising any issue with regard to limitation and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportuity of personal hearing to the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
