This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 03.08.2023 in Crl.OP.No.17041 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until completion of trial proceedings and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court only during the hearing dates.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
