O R D E R

(through video conference) Mr. A.Jayaraman, Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the disputed amount of gratuity due to the Second Respondent has been fully paid to him, which has been accepted in the Lok Adalat held on 21.04.2004, 22.04.2004 and 23.04.2004 and he has produced the copy of the letter from the Second Respondent in that regard and in view of the same, the Petitioner is not pressing the Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. In the result, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
