Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st to 3rd respondents to pass suitable order on the representation dated 06.04.2017 with direction to comply order and direction of Hon'ble Supreme Court passed in Civil Appeal Nos.12164-12166 of 2016 dated 15.12.2016.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.04.2017, wherein and whereby, he sought for closure of TASMAC shop bearing No.8877 situated at No.268, G.N.T. Road, Redhills, Chennai-52, in compliance of the directions issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the order dated 15.12.2016.

2. When the matter was taken up for admission on 19.04.2017, Mr.Nedunchezhiyan, learned Standing Counsel for TASMAC took notice for the second respondent and sought time to get instructions. Accordingly, the matter is listed today for further hearing.

3. The learned Standing Counsel for TASMAC, based on instructions, submitted that the subject matter shop viz., TASMAC shop No.8877 is closed permanently, in compliance with the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
