Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the communication dated 07.02.2007 issued by the 2nd respondent under Ref.No.8810/MEII(2)/07 and quash the same insofar as it relates to Clauses 3 and 5 of the said order and Item No.16 of the check list annexed to the said communication as unconstitutional and ultra vires the provisions of the Transplantation of Human Organs Act, 1994 and the rules framed there under.
