2.C.M.P.No.2307 of 2021 is filed to condone the delay of 2180 days in paying deficit Court fees of Rs.770/- in the above C.M.A.SR.No.38194 of 2014.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petitions, the delay of 2117 and 2180 days are condoned and both the petitions are ordered.
