As the petitioner's representation dated 23.01.2024 and 10.01.2025, to conduct the proper enquiry to issue patta in favour of the petitioner comprising in Punjai Survey Nos.42/4-0.33 cents, 42/5-0.93 cents ad 42/60.46, in all measuring and extent of 1 acre 72 cents situated at No.170, Athivakkam Village, Murukampakkam Post, Maduranthakam Taluk, Chengalpattu District, has not been considered, the petitioner is before this Court.

Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is allowed and a Mandamus is issued to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 23.01.2024 and 10.01.2025, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
