Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the anticipatory bail condition that the petitioner shall report before the V Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai Monday and Friday for 3 months in Crl.O.P.No.24933 of 2021 dated 22.12.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.GURUMOORTHY, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24933 of 2021, dated 22.12.2021.

In earlier, this Court, while at the time of passing the order in Crl.O.P.No.24933 of 2021 directed the petitioner to appear before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, on every Monday and Friday for a period of three months. fixed earlier is a specific one, the question of relaxation does not arise. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
