This application has been filed by the applicant seeking to condone the delay of 51 days in representing the adoption memo on behalf of the applicant herein in C.S.No.100 of 2025 and take the same on record.

2.Other side expressed no objection in allowing this application.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this application, and also considering the number of days in representation and in order to afford an opportunity to the applicant to contest the case, this Court deems it fit to allow this application.

4.This application stands allowed accordingly. The delay of 51 days in representing the adoption memo is hereby condoned. The Adoption Memo of the applicant is taken on file.
