O R D E R

The Transfer C.M.P. has been filed to transfer the H.M.O.P. No.1695 of 2018 pending on the file of the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore to the file of the Family Court, Chengalpattu. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that since the respondent husband is residing at Coimbatore, it would be convenient for him to attend the hearing at Sub Court, Tambaram by train.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that instead of attending the Family Court at Chengalpattu, the petitioner is prepared to attend the hearing at Sub Court, Tambaram, where the petitioner has been residing. Learned counsel would further submit that since M.C. No.11 of 2019 is pending on the file of the Family Court, Chengalpattu, the same be transferred to the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram. 4.Taking note of the fact that the respondent husband is willing to attend the hearing at Sub Court, Tambaram by train, this Court is inclined to transfer the H.M.O.P. No.1695 of 2018 pending on the file of the Principal Family Court at Coimbatore https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram. Accordingly, the Transfer C.M.P. is allowed and the H.M.O.P. No.1695 of 2018 pending on the file of the learned Principal Family Court at Coimbatore is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the learned Sub Court, Tambaram and the M.C. No.11 of 2019 is transferred to the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram.

5.The learned Sub Court, Tambaram is directed to take up the case and dispose of the same expeditiously in the manner known to law. No costs.
