ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final final report in Crime No.1036 of 2018 dated 20.12.2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) IPC pending on the file of the respondent Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said number on 20.12.2018, no final report is filed till date.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months.

5. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
