Challenging the order of the Xth Assistant Judge City Civil Court at Chennai dated 24th January 2017 in the memo in E.A. unnumbered/2017 in E.P.No.1532 of 2013 in O.S.No.2736 of 2003, the present revision petition has been filed.

2. It is seen that, without disclosing the fact that certified copy of the impugned order has been applied on 16.03.2017 and the same was received on 21.04.2017, the present C.R.P has been filed by the petitioner seeing the aforesaid prayer. Since, no prima facie case is made out, the prayer cannot be considered, without considering the final order passed in E.A.No.3221 of 2016 dated 24.01.2017.
3. Therefore, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. It is open to the petitioner to file a petition to challenge the order dated 24.01.2017 in E.A.No.3221 of 2016. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
